Setting up the appointment was easy. Folks were nice and took my car in right away. I went in for a 90k mile service, which included tire rotation. It appears they only checked tire pressure. The day after my service, the engine splash shield or undercarriage panel popped off and was dragging on the freeway. I didn't hit anything but had to call a tow truck to get me home.
Joe greeted me with professionalism and character and walked me through the service process, inquiring with me for any and all of my concerns. During the service period, Joe kept me well informed of the work that was being done. Afterwards, he showed me in detail just exactly what things were done and what was needed to bring my car up to road readiness. I give one star for the ability to bait and switch cost me 980 bucks for my car to come back more screwed up than than when I left it, had my car over a week did not fix anything just kept trying to pass off to another part to replace never fixed anything, I suggest that you burn your money first before going to this rip off place never again

. We have been sitting here for an hour and a half and car still out front so much for an appointment. There were 2 cars when we got here. That was over and hour ago. Looking like a repeat of the last time. We had an appointment and they didn’t even have the oil?! That was a 5 hour oil change.

Im in for oil change and im the first one in. There are 15 people who have gone home before me, when my car hasn't even been touched. Im told there is a recall, but when i checked it online hyundai website with my VIN # there isn't any.

Took my car in to Central Valley Volkswagen Hyundai on 9/13/21 for recalls and warranty on a previous fix. The service advisor (Mitchal Donahue) let me know that i had to pay for inspections that i did not consent to and while this is happening he gets angry because i refused to pay for something didn’t agree to. I went to the Hyundai dealership to look at a New Hyundai Sonata that was listed on line. I had never purchased a Hyundai previously, but was greeted by Luis Casapia who was friendly and knowledgeable. During the test drive he pointed out different features on the car. I was able to drive to my residence do make sure the car would be comfortable for a family member. He has continued to keep in touch to help answer any questions I might have. Others at the dealership were also very kind and helpful.

Bought a used 2016 Subaru Outback from CVVH on 3/25/19 that I later found out had a faint rod knock (major engine prob). My $6K down-payment check was cashed by them on 3/27/19 and I returned the car on 3/30/19 (via the 5-day "contract-cancellation" agreement), Upon return, my wife and I were presented with a "cancellation document" that we were asked to sign. Saw A hyundai Tuscon for 20k, got interested so I filled out the form and got $207/moth for payment with my trade in, next thing i know the sales guy tells me there was a software glitch and MSRP posted on the site is wrong. Typical BS to get customer's contacting them then they tried to cut me a deal for a different car and for a higher payment. My advice.. STAY AWAY .. integrity and ethics is what wins trusts
