We have seen our fair share of sales folks over the years (we have bought around 20 plus of cars probably way more with friends and family) and some same faces which says more about the dealership character! Scheduling was easy. Repair was completed in a short time. Repair was a recall for the FCA camera system.
Quick service even as a walk in. Just needed a battery put in. Just wish they would have e put the I slated battery cover back on but Im back in Southern CA now so I have to go to our Hyundai dealer to get it done

I was told my car needed a new gasket and it was ordered, it would be in next week. I have tried calling no one knows of this part and was told to talk to the service agent well last few times I’ve called he has been out. This has been my fist issue since buying my car in 2001.

Had a battery issue, which was taken care of under warranty. Dropped the car off and receive a call a few hours later that it was ready. No problems anymore with the battery.

Luis was very kind and fun to work with. The finance manager was very patient and thorough when I signed the contract electronically. They were honest and transparent from the very beginning, including the OTD pricing, giving me all my options, etc. Luis even brought my car to Merced from Modesto. They were some of the best people I've worked with for this very expensive and stressful experience.
They took the next step to satisfy, such as i heard a sound they video take under hood and didn't run the otherwise, and ignore my concerns , they invisigated my concerns print out my vehicle history and didn't act like I was bothering them
My car was scheduled a day and half and parts were ordered after being approved by hyundai. Drop the vehicle and didnt get it back 4 days more since a part wasn't ordered and my vehicle wasn't worked on even though I had an appointment. No follow ups on calling status of the vehicle when I called in and even calls were forwarded to voicemail. I had to call other departments to get a hold of the service desk. Quick and easy car purchase: they matched pricing from another dealership, so we were able to agree on pricing in about 5 minutes. No long wait or pushiness when it came to the finance office. Service was great: they helped me with a test drive and even gave me a ride down the street because CarMax offered more on my trade in.
The dealership as very courteous and helpful in getting everything together and took great care of all of my needs.

Setting up the appointment was easy. Folks were nice and took my car in right away. I went in for a 90k mile service, which included tire rotation. It appears they only checked tire pressure. The day after my service, the engine splash shield or undercarriage panel popped off and was dragging on the freeway. I didn't hit anything but had to call a tow truck to get me home.
Joe greeted me with professionalism and character and walked me through the service process, inquiring with me for any and all of my concerns. During the service period, Joe kept me well informed of the work that was being done. Afterwards, he showed me in detail just exactly what things were done and what was needed to bring my car up to road readiness. I give one star for the ability to bait and switch cost me 980 bucks for my car to come back more screwed up than than when I left it, had my car over a week did not fix anything just kept trying to pass off to another part to replace never fixed anything, I suggest that you burn your money first before going to this rip off place never again

. We have been sitting here for an hour and a half and car still out front so much for an appointment. There were 2 cars when we got here. That was over and hour ago. Looking like a repeat of the last time. We had an appointment and they didn’t even have the oil?! That was a 5 hour oil change.

Im in for oil change and im the first one in. There are 15 people who have gone home before me, when my car hasn't even been touched. Im told there is a recall, but when i checked it online hyundai website with my VIN # there isn't any.
