Just purchased the 2026 Tucson Hybrid-Electric gas car from Arilynn and Jimmy! I have been completely amazed at the service and attention that we have received from the very beginning! What makes this even more remarkable is that I bought this car over the phone and not in person! We live in San Francisco, but Arilynn and Jimmy treated me as if I were there. Since we were trading in our current car, Arilyn drove the new car here to San Francisco for the switch. Talk about over-the-top service! The whole process of going through the paperwork and signing took about 1.5 hours, but having done so in the comfort of your home is a true game-changer! We are over the top thrilled with our new car and so grateful for the professional and friendly attention that we got from Arilynn and Jimmy. (Disclaimer) - We had already test-driven this car before, so we knew exactly what we wanted, and that's what we got!

Scheduling was easy. Repair was completed in a short time. Repair was a recall for the FCA camera system.

Quick service even as a walk in. Just needed a battery put in. Just wish they would have e put the I slated battery cover back on but Im back in Southern CA now so I have to go to our Hyundai dealer to get it done

The service was great and enjoy being a customer just wish there were genuine benefits of going to the service center, like lower cost I've already purchased a vehicle through your center and yet still can't provide competitive rates compared to any other shops in town for something as simple as an oil change nearly double anywhere else it is actually insane how much is charged for the simple services done and how long it typically takes for the service to be completed I typically wait roughly 2 hours sometimes longer for an oil change to be done. Im not saying the service is bad just wish there were actual perks to going with the dealer assuming they could possibly charge a bit less for service if other shops are able to do nearly half of what you guys are charging.

They had my car for 2wks and i had to call them to figure out what was going on. The brakes still make noise.
